Case Study: Segmentation

A government department needed to develop an academically driven, strategic segmentation to help implement public health initiatives.

Our approach

We used the client’s existing knowledge and data sources to define the segmentation. A peer review was conducted at every step of the process to produce an end result that was practical and accurate.

We then helped develop a communication strategy that ensured the segmentation was well understood across all government departments.

Results

Our work over a period of two years resulted in the UK’s first unified framework for public health interventions. This has streamlined government campaign spending and targeted it where it is needed most.

"Bonamy Finch are practical people that are very easy to work with. They know what they are doing and bring their strong experience to the table in a forthright manner. Their communication is clear and to the point. On a recent project they delivered what I believe to be the best debrief I have ever received from a research agency. "
